| 1. Acceptance of TermsBy submitting a registration to the MedCz Healthcare Provider Registry (“MedCz”, “the Platform”), you (“Provider”, “you”, “the Doctor”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete registration. | 1. قبول الشروطبتقديم طلب تسجيل في سجل مقدمي الرعاية الصحية لدى MedCz (ويُشار إليها بـ «MedCz» أو «المنصة»)، فإنك (ويُشار إليك بـ «مقدم الخدمة» أو «أنت» أو «الطبيب») توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. وإذا لم توافق عليها، فلا تستكمل التسجيل. |
| 2. EligibilityRegistration is open to doctors and dentists currently licensed in the Arab Republic of Egypt and registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate or the Egyptian Dental Syndicate. You confirm that you hold a valid, current license at the time of registration and for as long as your listing remains active. | 2. الأهليةالتسجيل متاح للأطباء وأطباء الأسنان المرخّص لهم حاليًا بممارسة المهنة في جمهورية مصر العربية والمقيّدين بنقابة الأطباء المصرية أو نقابة أطباء الأسنان المصرية. وتؤكد أنك تحمل ترخيصًا ساريًا وحاليًا وقت التسجيل وطوال مدة بقاء إدراجك نشطًا. |
| 3. Accuracy of Information — Provider ResponsibilityYou are solely and entirely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of all information you submit or display on the Platform, including your name, specialty, license number, licensing authority, clinic or practice details, biography, photographs, qualifications, years of experience, and other Provider Content.MedCz relies on the information you self-declare at registration and does not independently verify Provider Content against a syndicate, authority, database, or third-party source.MedCz has no liability for Provider Content that is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You agree to promptly correct or update changed or inaccurate information.You warrant that your profile, titles, credentials, and advertising descriptions comply with applicable professional, health, and advertising rules in Egypt and any target jurisdiction, including GCC countries.3.1 Passive Intermediary Status & Cross-Border DisclaimerMedCz operates solely as a passive digital directory and technical hosting platform. Visitors rely on Provider Content at their own discretion and risk.Because your listing may be viewed or marketed in the UAE and other GCC countries, you are responsible for compliance with the relevant healthcare marketing regulations. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MedCz harmless against resulting fines, costs, and damages.MedCz may suspend, hide, or remove a listing without prior notice upon receiving a complaint or regulatory notice disputing the authenticity of the profile. | 3. دقة المعلومات – مسؤولية مقدم الخدمةأنت المسؤول وحدك وبشكل كامل عن دقة واكتمال وحداثة جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها أو تعرضها على المنصة، بما في ذلك اسمك وتخصصك ورقم ترخيصك والجهة المرخِّصة وبيانات عيادتك أو ممارستك وسيرتك الذاتية وصورك ومؤهلاتك وسنوات خبرتك وأي محتوى آخر لمقدم الخدمة.تعتمد MedCz على المعلومات التي تقرّ بها بنفسك عند التسجيل، ولا تقوم بالتحقق المستقل من محتوى مقدم الخدمة لدى أي نقابة أو جهة أو قاعدة بيانات أو مصدر من الغير.لا تتحمل MedCz مسؤولية عن المحتوى غير الدقيق أو القديم أو غير المكتمل أو غير الصحيح أو المضلل، وتتعهد بتصحيح أو تحديث المعلومات المتغيرة أو غير الدقيقة دون تأخير.وتضمن امتثال ملفك وألقابك ومؤهلاتك ووصفك الإعلاني للقواعد المهنية والصحية والإعلانية المطبقة في مصر وأي دولة مستهدفة، بما فيها دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.3.1 صفة الوسيط غير المتدخل وإخلاء المسؤولية عبر الحدودتعمل MedCz حصريًا كدليل رقمي غير متدخل ومنصة استضافة تقنية. ويعتمد الزوار على محتوى مقدم الخدمة وفق تقديرهم وعلى مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.ونظرًا لأن إعلانك قد يُعرض أو يُسوّق في الإمارات ودول خليجية أخرى، فأنت مسؤول عن الالتزام بلوائح التسويق الصحي ذات الصلة، وتوافق على تعويض MedCz والدفاع عنها وإبرائها من الغرامات والتكاليف والأضرار الناتجة.ويجوز لـ MedCz تعليق أو إخفاء أو إزالة الإعلان دون إشعار مسبق عند تلقي شكوى أو إشعار تنظيمي يشكك في صحة الملف. |
| 4. Nature of the ServiceThe Platform is a registry and marketing or visibility service only. It does not provide appointment booking, patient referral, medical tourism, or travel logistics. Contact and engagement take place directly between visitors and Providers.MedCz does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or assume responsibility for any doctor-patient relationship, diagnosis, treatment, outcome, malpractice, negligence, injury, or death. | 4. طبيعة الخدمةالمنصة ليست سوى سجل وخدمة تسويق أو تعزيز للظهور. وهي لا تقدم خدمات حجز المواعيد أو إحالة المرضى أو السياحة العلاجية أو ترتيبات السفر والخدمات اللوجستية. ويتم التواصل والتعامل مباشرة بين الزوار ومقدمي الخدمة.لا تمارس MedCz الطب، ولا تقدم مشورة طبية، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية أي علاقة بين الطبيب والمريض أو أي تشخيص أو علاج أو نتيجة أو خطأ مهني أو إهمال أو إصابة أو وفاة. |
| 5. Membership Tiers, Fees & Billing5.1 The Platform offers a Basic listing and an Elite plan, billed monthly at EGP 2,500 or yearly at EGP 26,000.5.2 Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the communicated account-management process.5.3 Fees are payable in Egyptian Pounds through payment links, with applicable charges added to the subscription. MedCz may change fees with reasonable prior notice.5.4 Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, paid fees are non-refundable, including where a listing is suspended or removed for breach. | 5. باقات العضوية والرسوم والفوترة5.1 تقدم المنصة خطة أساسية وخطة النخبة، وتُفوَتر بقيمة 2,500 جنيه مصري شهريًا أو 26,000 جنيه مصري سنويًا.5.2 تتجدد الباقات الشهرية والسنوية تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ قبل تاريخ التجديد من خلال إجراءات إدارة الحساب التي يتم إبلاغ مقدم الخدمة بها.5.3 تُدفع الرسوم بالجنيه المصري من خلال روابط الدفع، وتُضاف الرسوم المطبقة إلى الاشتراك. ويجوز لـ MedCz تغيير الرسوم بعد تقديم إشعار مسبق معقول.5.4 باستثناء ما يقتضيه القانون أو ما يُنص عليه صراحةً بخلاف ذلك، لا تكون الرسوم المدفوعة قابلة للاسترداد، بما في ذلك الحالات التي يُعلّق فيها الإدراج أو يُزال بسبب مخالفة. |
| 6. Marketing & Promotional UseBy registering for a paid Member plan, you consent to MedCz using your name, photograph, specialty, and Provider Content for marketing and promotional purposes in Egypt and the GCC region. You may withdraw consent for future activity by contacting MedCz. | 6. الاستخدام التسويقي والترويجيبتسجيلك في باقة عضو مدفوعة، فإنك توافق على أن تستخدم MedCz اسمك وصورتك وتخصصك ومحتوى مقدم الخدمة لأغراض التسويق والترويج في مصر ومنطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ويجوز لك سحب موافقتك بالنسبة إلى الأنشطة المستقبلية من خلال التواصل مع MedCz. |
| 7. Content LicenseYou grant MedCz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Provider Content while the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterward to remove archived or cached copies. | 7. ترخيص المحتوىتمنح MedCz ترخيصًا غير حصري وخاليًا من رسوم حقوق الملكية وعالمي النطاق لاستضافة محتوى مقدم الخدمة وعرضه واستنساخه وتوزيعه طوال مدة نشاط الإدراج، ولمدة معقولة بعد ذلك لإزالة النسخ المؤرشفة أو المخزنة مؤقتًا. |
| 8. Suspension & TerminationMedCz may suspend or remove a listing without prior notice where information is false, misleading, unverifiable, the license has lapsed, these Terms have been breached, or fees remain unpaid. Providers may request removal at any time. | 8. التعليق والإنهاءيجوز لـ MedCz تعليق الإدراج أو إزالته دون إشعار مسبق إذا كانت المعلومات كاذبة أو مضللة أو يتعذر التحقق منها، أو إذا انتهت صلاحية الترخيص، أو تمت مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو ظلت الرسوم غير مدفوعة. ويجوز لمقدمي الخدمة طلب الإزالة في أي وقت. |
| 9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, MedCz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of income, patients, opportunities, or reputation related to the Platform, listing, or Provider Content.MedCz does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid during the three months preceding the incident. | 9. تحديد المسؤوليةإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تكون MedCz مسؤولة عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية، أو عن خسارة الدخل أو المرضى أو الفرص أو السمعة، مما يتعلق بالمنصة أو الإدراج أو محتوى مقدم الخدمة.لا تضمن MedCz التشغيل دون انقطاع. ولا يتجاوز الحد الأقصى لمسؤوليتها الإجمالية رسوم الاشتراك المدفوعة فعليًا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للواقعة. |
| 10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold MedCz, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from Provider Content, breach of these Terms, disputes with patients or third parties, regulatory violations, or professional negligence claims. | 10. التعويضتوافق على تعويض MedCz ومسؤوليها وأعضاء مجلس إدارتها وموظفيها والدفاع عنهم وإبراء ذمتهم من مطالبات الغير والخسائر والالتزامات والغرامات والعقوبات والأضرار والمصروفات القانونية المعقولة الناشئة عن محتوى مقدم الخدمة، أو مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو النزاعات مع المرضى أو الغير، أو المخالفات التنظيمية، أو دعاوى الإهمال المهني. |
| 11. Data ProtectionMedCz processes submitted personal data under applicable Egyptian data protection law, including Law No. 151 of 2020. Professional information will be publicly visible and shared with audiences in Egypt and the GCC as part of the Service. | 11. حماية البياناتتعالج MedCz البيانات الشخصية المقدمة وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات المصري، بما في ذلك القانون رقم 151 لسنة 2020. وستكون المعلومات المهنية معروضة للعامة ومشتركة مع جمهور في مصر ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي كجزء من الخدمة. |
| 12. Changes to These TermsMedCz may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. | 12. التعديلات على هذه الشروطيجوز لـ MedCz تحديث هذه الشروط. وسيتم الإبلاغ عن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال إشعار على المنصة. ويُعد استمرار الاستخدام بعد دخول التغييرات حيز النفاذ قبولًا بها. |
| 13. Governing Law & DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. | 13. القانون الحاكم وتسوية المنازعاتتخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وتخضع المنازعات للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المصرية المختصة. |
